The dishes offered are all sourced from our supplier, Les Bocaux du Bistrot (http://lesbocauxdubistrot.fr/).

About Les Bocaux du Bistrot:

The products used are always fresh and seasonal. They arrive raw in our workshops and are prepared by us.
Over 90% of our raw ingredients are sourced from France, with priority being given to those from the region where our production site is located.
We do not use emulsifiers, stabilizers, acidity regulators, or preservatives. It's all in the pasteurization technique. The jars contain 275 grams for main courses and 125 grams for desserts, which cover the quantities of a typical meal.

Nestled in the mountains with a breathtaking view of the surrounding Mercantour peaks and a clear view of the Vésubie Valley.

The brasserie is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. for snacks.
